Context
After extending Friday hours to 9pm, Amant launched a new program to build awareness. The result was SIX TO NINE—a summer series held on second Fridays featuring live DJ sets, open exhibitions, and drinks.
As Amant’s lead designer, I created a visual identity for the series that aligned with the institution’s brand guidelines while appealing to the music and nightlife audience we aimed to reach.
Branding
To appeal to a nightlife-oriented audience, we used the bold weight of Folio, Amant’s brand typeface, for the SIX TO NINE wordmark. For all SIX TO NINE applications, we limited the brand palette to gray and electric yellow to evoke a nightlife atmosphere and maintain visual consistency. Text was treated with outlines to pair visually with Amant’s signature fleuron mark.
