︎ About This Project 

For Black History Month, I worked with Broadway Advocacy Coalition (BAC) on their video series titled Making Black History. As the designer on the project, I was responsible for creating a visual identity system for the series, social media posts, and motion graphics.

Identity

The series’ visual identity is an extension of BAC’s usual color palette and typefaces, but includes new elements, like a bubbly display typeface and rounded shapes. The additions highlight the series as a joyful celebration of how Black creatives are shaping the future of Broadway

Animation

Animated stickers were made to add impact to statements throughout the video series.
